what is a tog.tog is a unit of thermal insulation. the tog value of a duvet is equal to ten tmes the temperature difference betwen its two faces ( Celcius ) when the flow of heat across it is one watt per square metre. Returns PolicyIf the goods have had a mishap and are not in perfect condition please contact us on 01242870238 or derrick.brown@gmail.com to arrange for a replacement . In the event that you wish to return an item please do so within 14 days of receipt of the order and contact us to be given a returns reference and the address of the relevant warehouse as we have several . Do not return to Little Mondays !! Please obtain proof of posting from the post office. Provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging we will refund the origional price of the item . we regret that postage and packing and return postage cannot be refunded .
